“Dead Man Down” is a basic tale about vengeance that tries to be something which is a lot more complex. It pays no attention to the more revenge narratives that are straight to the point and attempts to lead the audience on a ride filled with twists and turns. And while the lively cast keeps this motion picture from getting boring, the intentional confusion and the constant ridiculous reversals prevent the movie from staying interesting for long. “Dead Man Down” is messed up because of lackluster storytelling, and the simple narratives get lost amid all the chaos. Fans of motion pictures will get great discounts and deals when they buy products from Shop DC Entertainment.

Victor (played by Colin Farrell) is an assassin for a criminal kingpin who is based in New York. While he was resting in his apartment one evening, he notices that a strange woman named Beatrice (played by Noomi Rapace) who stays in the apartment in front of his, has been looking at him interestingly. They go out on a date, and then she shows him video footage of him taking the life of another person. She will expose Victor if he does not kill someone for her, a man who messed up her face after a car accident. Victor is forced to take the job, but he also has a secret grudge to bear.

This motion picture has a strange arrangement, due to the fact that the story makes use of a number of twists. The movie slowly reveals the information to the audience, trying to keep some elements of the story as vague as possible and then releasing it in bursts. While these factors make the motion picture interesting, most of it is hidden because the film keeps on pushing an indirect method of storytelling. The script keeps the intentions of the characters vague for too long, they make it difficult for the audience to connect or even care about them for long. Finally, the film has a tendency to make things so complicated with too many plot threads, eliminating the part where it is supposed to be a simple movie.

While motion picture fans will get great deals and discounts from Walgreens DVD, a simple film that becomes complex can be good, but only if the complexity is applied in the right way. In the case of the film “Dead Man Down”, a great majority of the subplots are not necessary. This will make the audience feel like this motion picture is carrying excess weight that it does not have to. The problems will stick out like a sore thumb as the film approaches its climax. The final scenes are all about chaos, gunfights and explosions, forgetting about the story elements that it introduced to the audience.
